The Full View
MorphVOX has a clean and simple user interface. Reduced clutter and intuitively placed controls make it easy-to-use. The full view appears by default when you first start up the application. It has a number of useful features:
1. Morph Button: turns morphing on and off. The morphing feature will be on when the green light on the button is bright.
2. Listen Button: lets you hear yourself talking. You should be able to hear yourself when the green light on the button is bright.
3. Compact Button: click here to reduce the size of MorphVOX from full to compact view.
4. Alias Picture: displays the image associated with the currently selected voice alias. You can click on this picture to hear a sample sound from the voice alias.
5. Current Alias: lets you choose a voice alias from a list. 
6. Alias List: displays a list of all the voice aliases. It has all the information associated with each voice alias. The bold face title in the top node of the view represents a group of aliases. Each row below the title is an alias. The colored diamond indicates learning with your voiceprint. If it is dark red, no learning has taken place; if it is green, then the alias has learning information associated with it. Click on the small speaker on the right side of the row to hear the sample sound from the voice alias.
7. Volume Meter: shows the amount of sound signal that the microphone is receiving.
8. Mute Button: mutes the microphone.
9. Graphic Equalizer Button: displays or hides the graphic equalizer controls which you can use to modify the sound envelope of your voice. Graphic equalizer controls are described in detail here.
10. Tweak Button: displays or hides the pitch and timbre controls. These controls dramatically change the quality of your voice. Tweak controls are described in detail here.
11. Voice Effects Button: displays or hides the voice effects panel. This lets you add special effects to your voice. Voice Effects are described in detail here.
12. Sound Effects Button: displays or hides the sound effects controls. Sound effects can be played here or broadcasted to a chat program. Sound effects are described in detail here.
13. Backgrounds Button: displays or hides the backgrounds panel. This lets you add ambient sounds to your voice changing. You sound like you're in a traffic jam or at a shopping mall.
14. Menus: gives you access to more advanced features. Menu items are described in detail below.
15. Minimize Button: minimizes MorphVOX.
16. Close Button: shuts down MorphVOX.
The Compact View
The compact view makes MorphVOX smaller, helping you to save precious deskspace. You still have access to a number of important features:

2. Listen Button: lets you hear yourself talking. You should be able to hear yourself when the green light on the button is bright.
3. Expand Button: click here to expand the size of the MorphVOX from compact to full view.
4. Alias Picture: displays the image associated with the currently selected voice alias. You can click on this picture to hear a sample sound from the voice alias.
5. Current Alias: lets you choose a voice alias from a list. 
6. Minimize Button: minimizes MorphVOX.
7. Close Button: shuts down MorphVOX.
Menu Items
File

Preferences...
Launches the preference dialog.This gives you access to MorphVOX's advanced settings which include graphics and sound customizations. For more information click here .
Import...
This launches the import dialog. This lets you import new voice aliases, skins, and sound effects into MorphVOX.
Morph a File...
Opens the Morph a File dialog. This lets you morph the audio contents of a sound file.  For more information click here .
Record Your Voice...
Opens a dialog to let your morph your voice to a file.  For more Information click here.
Exit
Shuts down MorphVOX.
Tools
Morph On
Turns MorphVOX sound on or off. A check mark will be present when the sound is on.
Listen
Lets you hear your voice if the check mark is present.
Mute Microphone
Mutes microphone if check mark is present.
Push-to-talk
Toggles push-to-talk feature on and off. This lets you trigger morphing explicitly by pressing a key or button.
Graphic Equalizer
Toggles the Graphic Equalizer Panel. For more information about the Graphic Equalizer Panel click here.
Tweak Sound
Toggles the Tweak Panel. For more information about the Tweak Panel click here .
Voice Effects

Sound Effects

Backgrounds

Learning
Run Voice Doctor...
Launches the Voice Doctor Wizard. To learn about the Voice Doctor click here .
Configure to your voice
Runs a single voice training session with the currently selected alias.
Reset All Learning
Erases all voice training information.
Reset Learning
Erases voice training information from the currently selected alias.
Voice Alias
New Alias from Current Settings...
Launches the Alias Wizard. To learn more about creating new voices click here .
Edit Current Alias
Opens dialog to edit current alias settings.
Delete Alias from User List
Deletes the currently selected alias from the Alias List.
Custom Sound Effects...
Launches the Custom Sound Effects Wizard. This lets you add your own sound effects to MorphVOX. To learn how to add your own sound effects click here .
Custom Backgrounds...
Launches the Custom Backgrounds dialog. Add your own ambient backgrounds to MorphVOX.
Alarms...
Opens the Alarms dialog. Set audio alarms and notifications. To learn more about setting up alarms click here .

Opens the Quick Effects dialog. This lets you map keys to trigger specific sound effects. To learn about Quick Effects click here .
